This warranty does not apply to units which have been altered, modified, lowered or damaged, misused, improperly installed or used in applications other than recommended by application. SAE PARTS COMPANY does not accept any Labor Claims or have any liability beyond the replacement of the alleged defective unit. We reserve the right to have the unit returned for analysis if we deem the circumstances make it necessary. Please see our policy on returns.
